Load Bars

Load bars are heavy-duty, modular weighing beams engineered to convert platforms, crates, or custom structures into accurate scale systems. Install them under the container or structure and connect an indicator for portable or permanent weighing. We carry the ANYLOAD LB100, sold as a bare pair or as a factory-calibrated set with a handheld indicator.

Load Bar Uses

Common applications include livestock weighing under cages and chutes, agricultural weighing of feed, bins, and produce, and portable industrial weighing of bulky or irregularly shaped loads.

Choosing Load Bars

• Capacity: the combined weight of the platform or cage and the load must stay within the rated capacity of the pair.
• Platform: your structure forms the loading platform. Size it to the bar spacing so the load sits between the bars.
• Indicator: the LB100-FP1 comes pre-calibrated with an 805HP handheld indicator, ready to use out of the box. The LB100 connects to an indicator you choose from our load cell readouts.
• Durability: both sets include rodent-protection cables, for use in barns and outdoor pens.
• Legal for trade: the internal load cells are NTEP-certified Class III. If you sell by weight, confirm that the complete system meets your local requirements.
