Wireless

Wireless load cells and displays eliminate the cable between the sensor and the operator. This improves safety around overhead lifts and moving equipment, and facilitates installation where a cable run is impractical. We carry ANYLOAD wireless crane scales, tension links, displays, and indicators, plus transmitters that convert standard load cells to wireless.

Wireless Load Cell Uses

Common applications include crane and hoist weighing, rigging and proof testing, portable axle weighing, large remote displays for  operators working at a distance, and retrofitting existing scales or tanks without new cable runs.

Choosing a Wireless System

  • For lifting: wireless crane scales and tension links hang in line with the load and send readings to a handheld or remote display. See our crane scale comparison.
  • For displays and indicators: handheld indicators and large remote displays receive data from a wireless sensor. See our indicator and display comparison.
  • For existing load cells: a wireless transmitter or bridge connects to a standard load cell and sends its signal to a receiver or display. See our conversion product comparison.
  • For vehicles: wireless axle weigh pads and a matching indicator weigh trucks and trailers on site. See our weigh pads.
  • Range and power: check each product’s transmission range and battery life against your site. Steel structures and walls can shorten range.
