Scales
Our weighing scales from ANYLOAD and AmCells range from parcel shipping and unit counting to crane lifts and heavy floor weighing. Shop by type: balance and counting scales, bench scales, floor scales, crane scales, and load bars.
Weighing Scale Uses
Our scales serve warehouses and shipping docks, manufacturing and counting, labs and quality control, veterinary clinics, rigging and lifting, and commercial fishing.
Choosing a Scale
- Capacity and readability: pick a capacity above your heaviest load, with fine enough resolution for your lightest one. A lab balance reads to fractions of a gram, while a large floor scale typically resolves to pounds or kilograms.
- Platform size: the platform should be larger than the items or pallets you weigh. Ramps or a pit frame make floor scales easier to load with carts and pallet jacks.
- Environment: stainless steel and galvanized models suit washdown and outdoor use. Check each product’s IP rating.
- Legal for trade: if you sell by weight, choose an NTEP-approved or OIML-approved model and have it inspected by your local weights and measures office. See Legal for Trade Scales Simplified.
- Display: some scales include an indicator, while others pair with one of our load cell readouts. Wireless options let you read the weight from a distance.
