ANYLOAD LB100 & LB100-FP1 Load Bar Features:

The ANYLOAD LB100 and LB100-FP1 Load Bars are designed for versatile livestock and agricultural weighing applications, offering a reliable solution when flexible and portable weighing equipment is required. Both models feature two heavy-duty load bars constructed from alloy steel, each equipped with NTEP-certified shear beam load cells, rodent-protected cables, and durable swivel feet. With a 5,000lb capacity and certifications including CE, RoHS, and ExNepsi, these load bars are built for demanding environments. The LB100 model includes two load bars and a separate junction box (J02EP-1-17), providing flexibility for users to pair with their preferred indicators. The LB100-FP1, on the other hand, includes everything in the LB100 set but comes factory pre-calibrated with a dedicated 805HP-03 indicator, making it ready to use out of the box. Both options allow cages or platforms to be placed on top, transforming the load bars into a complete scale system. Whether you need a customizable setup (LB100) or a plug-and-play solution (LB100-FP1), these load bars deliver dependable performance for accurate agricultural and industrial weighing.

LB100-FP1 (Factory Pre-Calibrated Package):

• Includes 2 load bars and a factory-calibrated 805HP-03 indicator
• Ready to use out of the box – no additional setup required
• Load bars have a built-in J02EP-17 junction box
• Male connectors link directly to the included 805HP-03 indicator

Complete Set Includes:

• 2 pieces of load bars
• A separate junction box J02EP-1-17 equipped with two male connectors for connecting the two load bars

Each load bar consists of the following:

• 2 units 563YH-2.5Klb load cells
• One junction box J02EP-17, is built inside the load bar
• 6m rodent protection cable with a female connector for connecting to the separate junction box J02EP-1-17
• Two units specially-made active mounting feet
